"Winter Coats" was one of the first pieces I made in 2017. This was made before I became confident in watercolor painting, which is why the detail is made in pen. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone with this piece. It is very different from any of my other pieces and is more abstract. This was the drawing that started the line-style that I adopted later in 2017. This drawing was also featured in the fall issue of 337 magazine in 2017.
